The surrounding there is pretty well, they have all kinds of exercises machines, such as walker, etc... and of course you could take a warm bath after your exercises.
here is the schedule of it:
Monday to Friday: 9 am to 5 pm
Saturday: 8 am to 8 pm
Sunday: Closed
