Itis theone I prefer for three reasons: I am used to the lecturesystem; itis an efficient system; I am too shy to talk inclass.All my life, Ihave listened to teachers. They come into theroom, open theirbooks, and start to lecture. We students sitquietly at our desksand take notes. We never ask questions becausewe dont want to seemstupid. At the end of the course, we aregiven a test. If we canrepeat on the test what the teacher said inclass, we will get agood grade.The lecture system is an efficientone. The teacher isthe one who knows the subject, not thestudents. It is a waste oftime listening to a students ideas.What good will that do me? Timeis short.
