3. 在英国英语中，打电话的时候，自己这边是this，对方是that。但在美国英语中，区分就没那么严格，常常也用this指对方。

4. May I speak to …, please? 意为“请找…接电话好吗？”，是最常用的句子。更加地道，灵活的用法有“May I have …, please?”，意思完全一样。
